1. Who controls your data?

2. What data do we collect and why?

I collect only your first name and email address, for one specific purpose: to send you educational materials, e-books, and the newsletter about artificial intelligence as described at the point of sign-up.

The legal basis is your freely given consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time — see Section 5.

3. Where does your data go?

I use Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.) to manage the mailing list and send messages. Your data may be stored on servers in the United States, safeguarded through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

I do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.

4. How long do we keep your data?

Your email address and first name are retained only for as long as you remain subscribed. Once you unsubscribe, your data is deleted from the list.

5. Your rights under GDPR

As a data subject in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data and request a copy
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to processing
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland: UODO, or with the authority in your country of residence

6. Cookies and tracking

This sign-up page does not use tracking cookies. Mailchimp may use standard open/click tracking within emails — you can disable images in your email client to opt out.
